EYE DYNAMICS' EARNINGS EXCEED EXPECTATIONS
Eye Dynamics, Inc. ( EYDY, Trade)
Torrance, CA – October 28, 2003: Eye Dynamics (OTCBB: EYDY), today announced that its 3rd quarter and year to date profits are much higher than anticipated by company management. The higher earnings are the result of the 211% increase in revenue in the 3rd quarter over the same period a year ago.

"Year to date net profit of $662,000 compares to $78,000 one year ago", said Charles Phillips, President of Eye Dynamics. "This profit translates to earnings per share of $0.03, fully diluted. Our EPS ratio is very low at about 9, so there is a great deal of room for share prices to improve as we continue to increase revenues and generate profits. I am both optimistic and enthused about the future of the company."

Eye Dynamics also disclosed that it has delivered a "Video/HGN System" to Pacific University (Forest Grove, OR) for use in various research projects. They relate to the development of better methods of training law enforcement and other security personnel in techniques for recognizing whether an individual may be impaired from drugs or alcohol. The Principal Investigator for the studies is Dr. Karl Citek, OD, PhD, FAAO, an Associate Professor of Optometry at the College of Optometry with an expertise in eye signs related to drug/alcohol intoxication.
